post install configuration for Tinytex binary #11

Following https://github.com/yihui/tinytex/issues/305,

If the fix is something like https://github.com/yihui/tinytex/pull/310 we may need to add this post install step in the recipes too.

We need to check others post install step too by looking a tinytex:::install_prebuilt (https://github.com/yihui/tinytex/blob/c3bb6a93b163137a055ab6bcb7e00a591a2aeb23/R/install.R#L319)

Seems like this won't be need as this has been fixed upstream.
