System Error Code: 87 when using console app #46

I am using DelphiPI to install a large number of packages (full DevExpress VCL 
suite) within one batch.

After compiling a bunch of packages the DelphiPIConsole.exe often crashes with:
Error: System Error. Code: 87

This seems to come somewhere from the JclConsole functions to write colored 
output. Once it crashed this cmd session seems to be messed up because I cannot 
start DelphiPIConsole.exe again. It immediatly returns the same error.

Thanks for reporting this issue. 

Console application is not tested and it just stays in the codebase in case I 
might complete implementing it when I can find some free time. 

I will look into this problem.
