build 1275 doesn't compile #38

Hi, I've just downloaded via SVN the latest build 1275 but it doesn't compile.

Delphi XE3. 

I'm getting several errors on unit OtlParallel for istance in the 
TOmniParallelLoop<T>.ExecuteAggregate the instruction 

loopBody(value.CastAs<T>, result);

the error is on CastAs. It seems not the right OtlParallel.pas file.

I'm using GIT to retrive SVN sources and I replace it in my working path. Could 
it be a GIT fault on downloading files?

It appears that I forgot to commit the new OtlParallel. This should be now 
fixed.

Please retest and sorry for the inconvenience.
