In FLExTrans when I open a new Window it ends up not having the focus and when I click on the new Window, the FlexTools windows comes to the fore. I found that if I disable the double-click on a module, but instead do the launch of the module with the Run toolbar button, I don't have this problem.
If this problem could be solved, I could reenable double-click in the FLExTrans system.
