Billing plugin disabled #4

Hi, after I loaded plugin it show disabled in url panel. How to to repair this ?

@spike99 The billing client interface is only enabled for users who have an active billing plan on stripe. To manage the billing system and add users to plans, you have to use the billing admin interface at https://honza.tk/vwi/plugins/billing/

I'd also like to emphasize that this plugin is still in development, it not suitable for use with end-users, and has not been updated to support the latest versions of VWI.
