AV1 and VP9 QSV support #482

FFMPEG supports using QSV on the latest CPUs and GPUs for encoding several encoders (H264, H265, JPEG, VP9 and AV1) and I feel VP9 and AV1 would be fitting encoders for this project.

FFMPEG options: av1_qsv options vp9_qsv options

Hi @BuyMyMojo , thanks for the suggestion!

As a heads up for now I plan to stick with Rigaya's encoders for AV1 hardware support (need to be added manually in the settings) as they have a lot more options and support HDR10 and HDR10+
