BACKGROUND:

When UAC sends a request that includes refresher=uas, if UAS does not support timer, proxy inserts refresher=uac to the response according to section 8.2.

SUGGESTION:

In this case, proxy should not insert S-E header.

I would be ok with such change. It is basically clarifying that the current proxy procedures for inserting S-E only apply when the request contained refresher=uac.
