@cding-nv No , I run Step 2 directly. I try run CMU sample . The "libcublas_device.so" has soft connection.When I make Caffe, raise this error :

/usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libcublas_device.so -> /usr/local/cuda-10.0/lib64/libcublas.so Can you check where your libcublas.so is ?
