This is the comprehensive testing operational procedure. If there are test plans, work instructions, etc. for a project, they must comply with this high-level COP.

Acceptance Criteria:

The CDISC Testing COP is created as a superset of what will be tested with CORE but includes all currently known possibilities.
Testing COP has been emailed to Brian/Jon
Brian / Jon have reviewed and provided feedback (indicating that Ramil should chase this for feedback)
