Convert DDF Rules to USDM v3.0

Do the following for each existing DDF rule:

• Update the values of the following parameters in the Rule Editor to reflect changes to the rules editor schema:

  • Standards.Name (from "DDF" to "USDM")
  • Standards.Version (from "2" to "3.0")
  • Standards.References.Origin (from "DDF Conformance Rules" to "USDM Conformance Rules"

  Note that we agreed not to change the Rule Identifier

• Add extra details for each rule definition, including things such as:
  • Full citations for each rule in the rules editor (e.g., include text/section number for the relevance citation(s) in the user guide).
  • Standards.References.Criteria
• Copy test data across to the USDM v3.0 test data template and rerun rule.
• Record details of each rule in the new Harmonized Rule Catalog Spreadsheet

A separate PBI is no longer needed for this activity because each POC rule is being reviewed separately to determine whether it's still needed for USDM v3.0 (and/or v4.0). If the rule is still needed, it is updated separately to align with the USDM_TEMPLATE rule as part of the ongoing, batched process (with a separate PBI for each batch).

Closing as not planned because this PBI no longer aligns with our plan for converting POC rules to USDM v3.0/v4.0 rules.
