CDISC Library has descriptions for SDTMIG and SENDIG classes and datasets. For the diff files, descriptions have been relabeled as "CDISC Notes" in the diff files. This works for variables where CLIB has renamed CDISC Notes (and similar columns) as "Description", but not for the class and dataset descriptions.
Does not appear to be an issue for SDTM, CDASH IG and Model, ADaMIG

Decision: use "Description" globally or just for dataset and class level information. SDTM uses "Description"
