Description Blurb, delete, disable are the possible solutions; similar efforts.

Blurb solution: when there is no content, display message "No content is available." If it is simple to customize this ("Diagram not published for this domain", please customize.

Issue -- browser might not "know" about content presence. If this true, message might be better.

Blurb if not preloaded. Disable if preloaded.

Tested: no examples for SDTM DO and QS. Link for "Examples" does not appear. Review complete.
