Rule Description: When IDVAR is populated, IDVARVAL must equal a value of the
variable referenced by IDVAR within the domain referenced by RDOMAIN
Describe the bug
Running the rule as written currently causes the engine to halt when working with datasets only slightly larger than the test data. Note the engine does not crash, it simply does not finish execution.
Expected behavior
The engine is able to run this rule in an efficient manner. This may involve reworking the is_not_valid_relationship operator to be more efficient.
