When working on generating SDTM (using IG-version 3.3), I got errors for every record in MH with message "Primary analysis used but --BODSYS and --SOC are not equal".
However, MHSOC is even not in my MH dataset (it is even not mentioned in the SDTMIG-3.3).
So I think this is a false positive, I think there must be a precondition that MHSOC is present and populated.
