It looks as CORE does not recognize DART (1.1) as a standard, and/or does not recognize specific DART domains.
For rule SEND-362, applicable to domain PY (DART-specific domain), when in my test excel (attached), I use Product=sendig and Version=dart-1-1 (these should be the right ones according to the CDISC Library), the PY domain is skipped.
This also is the case for other DART-specific domains such as IC, FM, FX.
This problem currently blocks me from getting the SEND rules finalized, as all the rules still to be done are for DART.
