All config options should be documented in the readme. For example, DATA_SERVICE_TYPE is not documented. Not sure about others. https://github.com/cdisc-org/cdisc-rules-engine/blob/deff75c5f7963c7016fee792af0b84c79773141c/cdisc_rules_engine/config/config.py#L28
