Positive results are not being counted #102

When test results are returned, there are scenarios where no positive results are shown. Positive results are added here: https://github.com/cdisc-org/conformance-rules-editor/blob/da5b2884f5c00143fd01670404d6aef81fd7834e/src/components/TestStep/ResultsTestStep.tsx#L78
