Add schema bundling. Expose schema publicly #191

Updated vscode editor where possible
Bundles schema files, now that they are separate files in the engine
Adds markdown description to schema from corresponding md files from the engine
Allow anonymous access to the bundled schema so that local systems can have access to the schema.
