Added autoformatting, sorting, nested comp bugfix

Updated packages and added typing packages
Added autoindenting (2 spaces) on rule save
Added autosorting by property name on rule save
Autocollapse first level of rule when loading rule. Levels underneath first level remain expanded so that when a first-level property is expanded, the whole section is expanded
Fixed a longrunning react nested component bug where the monaco editor is rerendered everytime the editor tab is reselected. This was causing the expand/collapse state to be lost, the undo state to be lost, and a long time to switch back to the editor tab

You can test by

Load rule editor and check that the first level of rules are collapsed and expand the entire section when expanded.
Switch to the test pane and back to the editor pane to ensure the collapse state remains
create a rule where the property names are not in order and the indentation has 4 spaces instead of 2.
Save the rule. It should automatically sort and indent the rule
