Added diff viewer #196

To test: Run rule editor Select a rule Make some changes in the editor tab Select the "diff" tab to view the differences between the last saved rule and the modified rule

Note that the version selectors can only select these 2 options. In the future, they will be used to select previous versions of the rule.
