@BSnoeijerCD @DianeWold This rule does not seem to be defined precisely enough. Each Endpoint is only defined within the context of an Objective, and it is only Objectives that are linked to a StudyDesign. The short description for the corresponding check is "At least one endpoint with level primary linked to Primary objective and vice versa", so I've updated:

• Description to "Each primary objective must contain at least one primary endpoint, and each primary endpoint must be contained by a primary objective."
• Outcome.Message to "There are no primary endpoints for a primary objective, or a primary endpoint is not contained by a primary objective."
