Define rule DDF99988: If Timing is not of type "fixed reference" then the relationships relativeFromScheduledInstance and relativeToScheduledInstance must link to different ScheduledInstances #131

CHK0033: From Berber's list - In case relativeToFrom is not “fixed reference” the timing.relativeFromScheduledInstance and timing.relativeToScheduledInstance should not be equal." In other words, the only timings with legs that connect to the same scheduledInstance are those that establish the scheduledInstance as an anchor.

I included a list of the relationships to the Code class that allow multiple instances. I hope this is helpful.
