Define rule: A previous or next relationship cannot link an instance of a class to itself. #145

Such a link would imply an infinite loop. The classes that have previous and next relationships are EligibilityCriteria, Encounter, Activity, and StudyEpoch, StudyAmendment has a previous relationship.

There is already a rule, DDF00021, which covers this. Closing this duplicate.
