A new version of the test data template was generated by running the create_template.py program, using the XMI, CT and API files from the v3.0.0 release of the DDF-RA repo. The generated template is automatically named according to the version attribute of the USDM UML diagram, which is "2.11" in the v3.0.0 release, so the generated template was copied and renamed, and the copy's "USDM Version" custom attribute was also changed to from 2.11 to 3.0.
The README.md file was updated to mention the inclusion of the USDM version in the default output file name.
