9 years ago I found a similar device, Philio PST02-1C. The wording for all the configuration options matches exactly with the documentation of the Devolo contact.
If I'm not missing something important, both the Devolo and D-Link products can simply be duplicated from th e Philio sensor. I'm sorry I'm still fighting with maven to get the build process running and still not in able to provide a pull request.
I just got hold of a Devolo Door/Window Sensor" which is still missing. Skimming through the database, I found another one from D-Link, which seems to be the same product with another casing.
Are you aware of even another one, maybe one that's already added to the database? Otherwise I'll put together the configuration files, but this will take some time (where: dump it here, or directly create a pull request in the OpenHAB repository?).
