Custom Time and Date Format #5

Salams Dr. Djalel, and thank you so much for this neat work.

I think it could be very appreciated feature if user can customize time and date format within the app, e.g.:

04:02 PM instead of 16:02, and 2018-03-25 instead of 2018/3/25.
