fix(github-codebuild-logs): update serverless app to most current version #1721

closes: #1719

Updates the assimilated serverless app from v1.4 to v1.6.

Also updated default jsii image to the most recent - public.ecr.aws/jsii/superchain:1-bookworm-slim

Note: The unchanged code from Main failed one unit test with the error "Jest worker encountered 4 child process exceptions, exceeding retry limit." It was suggested to me by a contributor to the repo that it was an environment issue and I should go ahead and submit the PR if my changes failed no other tests.

Hi @biffgaut, thank you for the contribution! Unfortunately we're not accepting any changes at this time while we're working on setting up additional testing for delivlib. We will get back to this PR once that is in place.
