[Feature Request] - Add grouping to the control tower rules #537

I am trying to disable several s3 rules with control tower and honestly it would be nice to just have the ability to add ct-s3-* or something to my disabledRules list. I want to use the CT rules from lambda/etc but we are not interested in some of the recommendations for SQS/S3 etc.
