Added a loader in main Module #14

Added a loader in the main_module file which is shown before data from the server is received.

@Adityabhaumik can you add a loader to all the possible screens? Like search, list, and recently viewed.

@NishealJ I have made a new commit reverting the scaffoldMessenger widget back to scaffold as scaffoldMessenger is not in the stable version.
