update website #312

I couldn't commit public/packages.min.json it was too big.

Do we want to commit all these into the repo, or should we move to only having small, dev usage, SRI data in the repo, and let the hosted website generate the full versions itself?

I agree with you. My idea was to update the repo to store the new SRI (I don't know want to regenerate them again later) and split them before we need to update again.
