Request to Update google-libphonenumber to the Latest Version 3.2.38 #1874

Hi CDNJS team,

I noticed that the latest version of google-libphonenumber available on CDNJS latest stable version is now 3.2.38.

Could update the numbering of Argentina based on the National Communications Agency (ENACOM) : see= issue_google.pdf Here is the link to the library on CDNJS that needs updating: https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/google-libphonenumber/3.2.38/libphonenumber.min.js

Per https://github.com/cdnjs/packages/blob/master/packages/g/google-libphonenumber.json, this library is set to auto-update from https://www.npmjs.com/package/google-libphonenumber.

The latest version in that NPM package is 3.2.38, which is what we have available on cdnjs: https://api.cdnjs.com/libraries/google-libphonenumber/3.2.38

There is nothing for us to update here. If the library itself needs editing and a new version released, you will need to take that up with the library itself.
