Window.onBlur fires only on window switching? #117

Hi, how is it hard to implement firing onBlur event in all cases window losing focus? Currently it is only fired when I switch windows (in your demos in almost all browsers).

Added to Minimize, Close ... Please provide a list of other cases where you feel this needs to be done, and I will try to get it done. -Chris
