Updated CSS for tree and for Safari (possible ie9 too).

While working with the themes, I found that to have strong feelings that the themes dir doesn't belong in Demos/themes. IMO MochUI should run in your project even if you remove the Demos directory. CSS is an important part of MochUI.

Can we move the themes to either /Themes or Source/Themes ?
