[Enhancement] Use Mif.Tree as tree control #96

Mif.Tree provides much more functionality, like rename, XHR loading of sub trees, Drag&Drop(!) and much more. I would really appreciate this. ;o)

I am really trying to keep a common content/update model with the controls. This would require me to rework that control to bring it inline. Not to keen on doing that at this point. I think the three features you mentioned could be added to the current control. That is what I would prefer to-do. Actually the XHR sub trees was already on the list. Any other features besides the three mentioned? -Chris

Checkboxes before treeItems is a often required feature. Besides the tree, hm, contextMenus and MayBe MooEditable. ;o) You really did a great job! Good work!

If you implement Drag&Drop, don´t forget to display where the draged node will be injected (inside, before, after current node)

I'm using Mif Tree / Mif Menu with latest Git MochaUI without issue ! You need to use my Mif Tree fork ( https://github.com/scramatte/miftree ) that is working with Mootools 1.3
