Add skeleton of enterprise modeling guide section #56

A majority of the guides are empty. The current code provides a skeleton/placeholders for expected guides.

The dbt Project Modeling Guide is the only guide that has documentation included in this PR. Some genera, staging, and reverse etl documentation is included.

We are expecting to onboard a couple of different contractors soon. Jessica has given the O.K. to publish in-progress guides.

@magants image I call it out in the best practices section. Do you think it needs more emphasis?

Currently, the order of the guide reflects the order of the dbt project in the repo. The repo is in alphabetical order.

If we reorder the guide should it just be the sections under dbt_project_name/models? Or all of the sections (i.e. dbt_project_name/analyses, dbt_project_name/data/ etc.)?

@insuhpak I missed that call out in the best practices section. That works just fine. I would suggest to reorder the folders within dbt_project_name/models. Just a suggestion though. Let's see what the team has to say at the AE meeting. I'll place it on the agenda.
