Implement support for Ubuntu 22.04

Folks are asking for support for Ubuntu 22.04, so here's the ticket for that. Working on it tonight.

I have installed and am currently running on Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS (server). Everything worked without any issues, so no additional support or implementation is needed for Ubuntu 22.04 (as far as i can tell).

Have Ubuntu 22.04, Install and start of server works. Unable to connect. Several errors missing libraries.

.../libgstopengl.so .../libgstjpeg.so .../libgstwebp.so .../libgstvpx.so ... What libraries are missing and how do I load them?

What is secret to connecting to server times out? Thanks

Just tested this on a fresh Ubuntu 22.04 install as a proxmox VM and it seems to work as expected so far. I ran into some strange issues but it was fixed after changing the VMs CPU type to "host"

Did a clean install on a larger Server (more memory and processing power) Application is running. Error messages are still displayed
