All partial portions of a URL should render something

Post URLs are formatted like /blog/posts/<year>/<month>/title. All portions of this URL should render a page.

• /blog/ is the root of the blog. This already works.
• /blog/posts should be an alias for /blog.
• /blog/posts/<year should list all posts in that year.
• /blog/posts/<year>/<month> should list all posts in that year and month.

The current blog doesn't use dates in the URLs, so this is no longer an issue.
