Feature/forward base images #112

The aim of this pull request is, to update the images to

the latest ubuntu lts (20.04),
latest pyinstaller (4.2), and
latest stable python (3.9.6).

TODO

[x] Dockerfile-py3-amd64 (builds, and tested)
[x] Dockerfile-py3-i386 (builds)
[x] Dockerfile-py3-win32 (builds)
[x] Dockerfile-py3-win64 (builds, and tested) (does this fix #93 and #107)

Is python 2 still required?

[x] Dockerfile-py2-amd64 (builds)
[ ] Dockerfile-py2-win32 (doesn't build)
