In this, I did not switch to the code of special_point_finder. This may be good to test it for another PR

Hi @fxpineau ,

I look to make aladin lite points towards the latest cdshealpix version. I think what is missing is:

intersect_great_circle_arc/intersect_parallel to returns all the intersections and not just the first one
a is_intersect_parallel method but I suspect in the last versions of cdshealpix you did something for that (I think https://docs.rs/cdshealpix/latest/cdshealpix/special_points_finder/fn.intersect_small_circle.html would do the thing!)
