This tab is provided as a convenience to simplify connectathon testing of the CDS Hooks for PAMA guide from Argonaut. Eventually the functionality from this tab will be incorporated into the general purpose "Ordering" tab, since it exercise the same order-select and order-sign hooks at that tab.
