Description

Adds the route and benefit cards for the new disability tax credt

Test Instructions

Navigate to the OAS Question Select a response
Navigate to the new DTC Question select a response
Navigate to the results page and validate that the proper values are there.

Help Requested

Ensure that DTC is the only result in the not applicable list and none of the results
Ensure the text matches figma
Ensure the OAS & DTC responses return the desired benefit
If a DTC Variant is displayed then ensure DTC doesn't show in the Not Applicable list

Please Note A DTC variant is the DTC Child Tax Credit Benefit, The DTC & OAS benefit, and the DTC & Allowance's Variant
