Expose API endpoints for each metric

Use basic auth with username and password.
IP safelist the endpoints.
Data needs to be in a format that can easily be imported into Google Sheets (JSON? CSV?)
Data needs to be structured to facilitate reporting, with columns for date, event count, and province.
