HC requires the OTK Metrics to be hosted as a CSV file.

This file will be probably hosted in an S3 bucket that can be accessed by HC's.

Note that in NZ GAEN compliant app blessed by privacy commissionner, app usage information is available to everyone (not only health officials). Trust is not only a matter of protecting the privacy of citizens, but also their health and informing them better. https://t.co/FV7gqOLFZc
