Align legends in Figma

We have 2 different legend components - one in internal assets and one in the main library. They are different sizes and fonts. The internal assets version (large legend) is used in the fieldset component, and then main library version (small legend) is used in our radio/checks component.

• [x] Add the small legend as a new subcomponent to internal assets and remove from main library
• [x] Add option to change the legend size to any Heading size
• [ ] Potentially: add variant to fieldset legend that is styled as the component legend for the date input specifically
• [x] Update components using small legend to use the new component (radios, checkboxes, and date input)
• [x] Update fieldset component with new legend
• [x] Update posters using the legends to inlcude information about the legend (radios, checks, date input, and fieldset)
• [x] Repeat process for FR library

@nmakuch All FR legends have been updated along with their respective components. What needs to be done is:

1. Determine if we need to add a new fieldset legend style for the date input specifically since Daine said the date input is a filedset (right now it uses the 'component legend')
2. updating all posters in EN + FR to incorporate the info about using the legends/label in Figma:
