Design audit: GC Forms + GCDS #1146

Sam from the Forms team has shared a test GCDS form: https://forms-formulaires.alpha.canada.ca/en/id/cm0wsdru1008z6ci6m942l9xe

there are several things with the output that are misaligned with our current design system and it would be beneficial for both parties to figure out what these discrepancies so alignment can be done smoothly and the amount of work necessary to get there can be accessed accurately.
