DTO wants our breadcrumbs to not stack (each breadcrumbs should not start on a new line).

[x] Update mobile breadcrumbs in EN library
[x] Update mobile breadcrumbs in FR library

Created new subcomponents for the breadcrumb links and the chevron. The links now use the DTO approved font size of 16px/150% line height for both desktop and mobile.
