As a developer/designer working on the GC Design System... I need specifications for the typography decisions... So that I know what to enter into Figma and implement in code.

Done when

[x] Document is reviewed by at least 1 designer
[x] Document is reviewed by at least 1 developer
[x] Document is shared with team for visibility

Acceptance criteria

Document has:

[x] Type scale specs
[x] Line height specs
[x] Spacing specs
[x] Section about grids
[x] Section about adaptive scaling

Deliverables

[x] Typography and spacing specs document
