Establish process and workflow for updating/editing existing components

Problem to solve :

Current workflow ended up generating multiple inconsistency between different touch point of the product and overloaded board with non updated cards. We 're looking for ways to get a more accurate board while minimizing creating debt as we deliver

Def of done :

Delivery team has a documented and implemented new workflow enabling consistency delivery on all our touch points , while minimizing out of date board and non-necessary meetings

[x] Assess current workflow gaps and points of improvement
[x] Get alignment with PM on new direction and what to fix first
[x] Draft new proposed workflow
[x] Share back with team and get feedback
[ ] Based on feedback create new template and EPICS + share back new workflow to teams

Delayed to my own capacity being reduced during PMA season taking priority. I collected feedback after having shared with the team. Im still due on finishing creating / updating the new templates for cards.
