As mentioned in issue #398, we want to put a placeholder into the family option textarea to give people a better indication how to format their answers.
When we did usability testing, some people were using newlines to separate their family members, while others were writing contextual information that isn't really needed.
Nothing is wrong with not following the comma-separated format, but it's probably a helpful indicator for users.
Tested on ✨ IE11 and Edge ✨ in addition to the usual suspects.
