Replaces Pug template support with Nunjucks.

added support for nunjucks in app.js
converted all .pug files to .njk
updated route cli/template to use [[ ]] tokens to avoid conflicts with nunjucks
converted pug mixins to nunjucks macros
grouped macros together in their own separate folder from layouts/templates

Please set the package.json version # as 2.0 for this release. Major breaking change.

We won't want to merge this for existing prototypes as it will break all our views.
